Crossroads Chevrolet in Beckley WV is seeking ahigh-energy well-organized self-motivated BDC Managerto lead our Business Development Center and maximize sales opportunities across the dealership.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving appointment volume improving show rates and ensuring a consistent professional customer experience from first contact to arrival on the showroom floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and hold accountable the BDC team to daily weekly and monthly performance goals

• Manage inbound and outbound phone internet and text leads to maximize appointment set and show rates

• Develop and enforce scripts processes and follow-up strategies

• Monitor CRM activity to ensure proper documentation lead handling and response times

• Work closely with Sales Management to align appointments with inventory and sales strategy

• Track performance metrics and continuously improve results through training and process refinement

• Maintain a high level of professionalism urgency and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive BDC leadership or high-performing internet/phone sales management

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• High energy positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• CRM experience required
