主要职责

1. 品牌策略Brand Strategy

• 基于中国糖尿病诊疗特点指南更新治疗路径临床需求内外部竞争环境制定品牌定位与价值主张

识别与竞争产品的差异化空间主导年度品牌策略Brand Plan并制定落地计划

2. 卓越推广Execution Excellence

• 主导核心品牌故事及关键信息

• 设计并打造高影响力项目平台推动其在重点城市重点科室及重点患者人群中的渗透率增长

• 确保所有活动严格遵守医药相关法规与公司政策

3. 关键客户管理及洞察Insight & Engagement

• 深入理解不同层级医院及科室在糖尿病管理中的不同需求与痛点将洞察转化为可执行策略

• 建立并强化与关键专家KOL指南委员会成员学会平台的合作

• 推动跨团队合作SalesMedical CEBE等共同打造品牌价值

4. 数据驱动Data-Driven

• 持续跟进品牌关键指标业务达成增长份额客户观念等与年度策略保持一致推动业务增长与资源优化

• 根据销售数据竞争情报CI客户观念等工具不断优化品牌策略

任职要求

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历医学药学生命科学公共卫生或商业相关专业优先

要求

• 3 年以上医药行业慢病中央市场部产品管理经验糖尿病或代谢疾病经验优先

• 有增长期品牌管理竞争格局激烈产品的差异化打造经验者优先

• 精通推广活动设计HCP 教育策略

• 优秀的跨团队协作与影响力

软技能要求

• 自驱力强具备高度责任心与韧性

• 逻辑清晰沟通表达专业有力

• 优秀的项目管理与多任务并行能力

• 高度合规意识
