该岗位将负责公司云端协作平台在中国市场的整体营销策划工作包括产品从 0 到 1 的市场进入GTM策略设计落地执行与持续优化通过系统化的市场分析用户洞察品牌传播与内容规划提升目标用户群体对产品的认知度扩大潜在用户覆盖并推动产品在短期与长期的品牌理解与行业认知建设 该岗位要求具备良好的市场敏感度稳健的合规意识以及跨部门沟通协作能力具备短期内大规模B2B产品推广经验

主要职责

一市场进入GTM策略制定与管理

1. 结合中国市场特点制定云端协作平台的 GTM 策略包括目标用户细分价值主张梳理推广路径规划等
2. 在合规前提下明确产品传播重点与沟通方式确保市场信息客观准确符合法律法规要求
3. 负责从0到1的市场切入方案推动多渠道多触点的市场验证与策略迭代

二营销策划与品牌建设

1. 设计并执行年度与季度营销方案包括内容营销活动策划行业合作数字化传播等
2. 策划面向行业用户的传播内容如白皮书案例介绍产品专题活动等确保表达规范事实准确
3. 推动品牌在行业中的长期认知建设逐步提升产品在相关群体中的关注度与接受度

三潜在用户挖掘与市场洞察

1. 基于市场研究行业趋势及用户调研识别潜在用户群体典型应用场景与增长机会
2. 建立有效的线索获取机制推动潜在用户触达的市场活动设计
3. 收集与分析市场反馈为产品本地化策略与营销信息优化提供建议

四项目管理与跨团队协作

1. 与产品销售客户成功全球市场等团队保持紧密协作确保营销策略与业务目标一致
2. 负责管理外部供应商与合作机构包括行业媒体代理商活动伙伴等确保项目执行合规高效
3. 制定并管理区域市场预算确保资源使用透明合理

Qualifications :

1. 本科及以上学历市场营销传播管理工程类专业优先
2. 5年以上 B2B相关行业市场策划经验有从 0 到 1 的产品推广经验者优先有SaaS相关产品或大规模B2B产品推广经验者优先
3. 熟悉云端产品协作平台数字化工具或工程软件领域者更佳
4. 具备系统性的营销策划能力能独立推动策略制定与落地
5. 具备优秀的洞察能力结构化思维内容表达能力及跨团队沟通能力
6. 具备稳健严谨的合规意识确保所有市场传播行为符合中国法律法规
