The Opportunity: Engineering Manager Nira

Were looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NIRA team owning engineering across product platform reliability data infrastructure and internal tooling. This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with Product Data Science Credit and Marketing to build scale and improve a fast-growing business.

Location: Bengaluru India (Hybrid)

How youll make an impact

• Own and execute the engineering roadmap across NIRA

• Raise the bar on engineering practices (CI/CD testing reliability observability)

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers

• Drive technical decisions that balance speed quality and scalability

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful business outcomes

Why youre a great fit

• 7 years in engineering with 3 years in management

• Experience leading teams in startup or scaling environments

• Strong track record improving engineering standards and delivery

• Comfortable operating across product infrastructure and data

• Clear communicator with a bias for action
