Key Account Manager (KAM) Department: Sales & Business Development Mode: On-site Languages: English Hindi (Tamil will be added advantage)

About the Role The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary bridge between the company and its key clients. This role demands a proactive relationship-driven professional who can manage client expectations drive revenue through up-selling and ensure long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Company Coordination Act as the sole point of contact between the company and the client ensuring seamless communication and coordination at all times.

Reporting & Updates Ensure timely sharing of reports and updates with clients on a regular and consistent basis.

Customer Success Tracking Track customer success metrics including Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure and improve client satisfaction continuously.

Long-term Relationship Management Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and sustained business partnerships.

Upselling & Revenue Growth Identify and convert opportunities to upsell company products and services to existing clients ensuring repeat orders and expanded revenue.

Receivables Management Responsible for tracking and managing receivables from customers on behalf of the company.

Requirements & Skills
