To collaborate with cross-function team in managing multiple portfolios driving sustainable growth and maximize brand penetration in public and private market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop GU brand strategy to win competition in targeted disease area.

• Leverage omnichannel platform to raise brand share of voice in targeted market.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to prepare launch of new product and indication.

• Project business estimation with aspirational mindset

• Manage resource to conduct marketing campaign to maximize brand penetration.

• Demonstrate leadership to inspire the team to achieve aspirational goal.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelors degree is required masters or above degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical company 2 years experience in marketing function targeted specialty in oncology/hematology is preferred.

• Successful experience in launching new product/ indication/ reimbursement.

• Proven history of strong KOL engagement trouble shooting problem solving teamwork analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

• Agile and aspirational mindset to make results happen.
