Are you looking to be part of a transformation We are seeking a highly motivated Project / Program Manager (m/f/d) to join our rapidly evolving organization.

As part of the Contamination Control Group Program Management Team you will provide leadership to crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of new technologies while maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers. You will empower teams toward shared objectives in a highgrowth fastpaced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Endtoend responsibility for planning controlling and successfully executing mechanical engineering projects from concept phase through external manufacturing to installation and commissioning.
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders including Engineering Operations Applications Supply Chain Quality and external manufacturing partners.
• Technical evaluation and clarification of requirements specifications and design changes in close collaboration with Engineering.
• Ensuring schedule cost and quality targets through structured project controlling and transparent reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and partners; moderating technical and organizational alignments.
• Introduction and continuous improvement of project processes standards and tools to increase project and delivery performance.
• Risk management including identification assessment mitigation tracking and escalation management.
• Leadership without formal authority: inspiring teams moderating discussions driving decisions and steering crossfunctional teams in matrix organizations.
• Preparation and execution of customer and management reviews including presentation of projectcritical topics.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Production Engineering or similar).
• Experience in project management within mechanical engineering or related industries.
• Experience working with external manufacturing partners suppliers or contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI IPMA PRINCE2) and common PM tools.
• Strong leadership skills without direct line authority: ability to motivate teams resolve conflicts and drive decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong process and quality mindset.
• High communication and negotiation skills with confident stakeholder management.
• Structured proactive working style with a high level of personal accountability.
• Very good English skills both written and spoken.
