Business Management Manager

Job Summary

International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Report to: VP Sales Planning and Management

Role Purpose: Support the execution of people engagement internal communications and culture initiatives that enhance frontline motivation strengthen organizational alignment and support strategic business priorities across IWPB.

Job content:

• Plan and execute employee engagement recognition and communication initiatives across IWPB.
• Manage internal communication channels and develop business announcements newsletters and campaign materials.
• Coordinate townhalls sales conferences recognition events and leadership communications.
• Support business campaigns by developing communication plans and ensuring timely execution.
• Partner with business stakeholders HR and Marketing to deliver people and culture initiatives.
• Monitor engagement results and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Prepare presentation materials speeches and communication decks for senior management.
• Support ad hoc business planning projects and strategic initiatives when required.

Experience/Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related disciplines.
• 35 years of experience in internal communications employee engagement project management or business planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation development and storytelling capability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated creative and detail oriented.
