We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager -Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) /(Manage Indirect Content Data)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist with strong experience managing contracts end-to-end within a CLM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for maintaining contract repositories but also for contract uploads metadata accuracy redlining coordination reporting and ongoing contract administration. This role requires close collaboration with Legal Procurement Finance and Business stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant accessible and well-governed throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration & Maintenance
Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle: request drafting review execution storage amendments renewals and close-out
Upload executed contracts and related documents into the CLM system with complete and accurate metadata
Maintain contract records version control and audit trails in accordance with company policies
Manage contract amendments addenda renewals terminations and expirations
Redlining & Review Coordination
Support contract review cycles by managing redlines and comments between Legal Procurement and business stakeholders
Track redlining status consolidate feedback and ensure timely resolution of changes
Ensure final executed versions reflect agreed-upon changes and are correctly stored in the CLM system
Reporting & Contract Insights
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on contract status cycle time expirations renewals obligations and compliance
Monitor key contract KPIs and provide insights to Legal and Procurement leadership
Support audits by providing contract documentation reports and evidence as required
CLM System & Content Management
Act as a CLM system power user supporting uploads workflows templates and clause libraries
Ensure data quality consistency and governance across all contract content
Assist with contract template management and clause library updates under Legal guidance
Support testing and validation during CLM upgrades enhancements or integrations
Stakeholder Support & Process Improvement
Serve as a point of contact for contract-related operational queries
Educate business users on contract processes CLM usage and best practices
Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and improve turnaround time
Develop and maintain SOPs job aids and training materials related to contract management.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Academic qualification : Degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering.
Must have sound knowledge of English Good written communication skills.
Basic understanding of procurement/purchasing process in snack food and confectionery industry. Experience on handling procurement of Indirect materials.
Should have practical knowledge of Coupa /SAP modules/ServiceNow.
Experience with CLM tools (e.g. Icertis Coupa CLM Ariba Contracts Ironclad DocuSign CLM or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking reporting and analysis
Familiarity with contract templates clauses and legal terminology (commercial contracts)
Understanding of workflow approvals and document management systems
Preferred qualifications
Experience in contract management legal operations or procurement operations
Experience working with Legal Procurement Finance or Compliance teams
Exposure to audits compliance reviews or regulatory requirements
Experience supporting global or multi-region contract operations
