Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Director to lead our brand new Columbia MO Habilitation office!

What youll do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Columbia MO Habilitationoffice
- Drive growth through strategic planning business development budgeting and goal setting
- Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated toThe BAYADA Way
- Cultivate referral sources and community relationships
- Mentor and develop staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance

Qualifications for an Associate Director:
- Four-year college degree required
- Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
- Experience with I/DD population
- Proven ability to organize manage and grow an office and its staff
- Background in marketing and recruiting
- Knowledge of MO Medicaid and Waiver Programs
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated PC and communication skills especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
