Director of Operations- Habilitation

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Director to lead our brand new Columbia MO Habilitation office!

What youll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Columbia MO Habilitationoffice
• Drive growth through strategic planning business development budgeting and goal setting
• Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated toThe BAYADA Way
• Cultivate referral sources and community relationships
• Mentor and develop staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance

• Youre dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to help people have a safe home life with comfort independence and dignity

• Youre tech savvy organized and communicate with clarity and purpose

Qualifications for an Associate Director:

• Four-year college degree required
• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
• Experience with I/DD population
• Proven ability to organize manage and grow an office and its staff
• Background in marketing and recruiting
• Knowledge of MO Medicaid and Waiver Programs
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
