Job Summary
The Customer Experience & Appointments Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client interactions manage appointment scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery within a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong organizational and communication skills to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the salons appointment scheduling system and daily booking flow
- Book reschedule and confirm client appointments efficiently
- Coordinate stylist availability to ensure smooth service delivery
- Respond to client inquiries via phone messaging platforms and social media
- Provide accurate information about salon services availability and pricing
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client booking experience
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service hospitality salon/spa guest relations or similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
- Professional friendly and solution-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with booking systems messaging platforms or CRM tools is an advantage
Required Skills:
