Job Summary
The Customer Experience & Appointments Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client interactions manage appointment scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery within a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong organizational and communication skills to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the salons appointment scheduling system and daily booking flow
  • Book reschedule and confirm client appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate stylist availability to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone messaging platforms and social media
  • Provide accurate information about salon services availability and pricing
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall client booking experience


Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service hospitality salon/spa guest relations or similar role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
  • Professional friendly and solution-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with booking systems messaging platforms or CRM tools is an advantage
