We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing/factory operations and experience managing teams within a zone-based structure to oversee and drive all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations performance management and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage payroll inputs benefits administration and HR records
- Maintain a safe compliant and productive work environment within the factory setting
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong understanding of zone-based operations or multi-location workforce management
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPM SHRM HRCI) is an added advantage
