Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing/factory operations and experience managing teams within a zone-based structure to oversee and drive all HR functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Manage payroll inputs benefits administration and HR records
  • Maintain a safe compliant and productive work environment within the factory setting



Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of zone-based operations or multi-location workforce management
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPM SHRM HRCI) is an added advantage
