About the Role
Join a stable customer service project supporting the Dutch market working with inquiries related to healthcare and social support systems in the Netherlands. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to move into a hybrid setup after onboarding.
What Youll Do
- Provide phone support to Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations (CAK)
- Assist with topics such as payments administration and account changes
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
- Deliver high-quality and compliant customer service
What Were Looking For
- Near-native Dutch (no Flemish accent)
- B2 level English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based support
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
