Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor you will assist customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via inbound calls
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
Provide information on administrative and technical topics including products billing and related services
Perform updates in internal systems
Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary
Maintain a professional customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Identify opportunities to support sales and improve customer experience
Compensation & Bonuses
We offer a competitive salary package with strong bonus potential:
Base Salary: 1636.14 gross/month
Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross/month
Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn more than 1000/month in additional bonus
Training and Tenure Bonuses available
Signing Bonus: 1000 total
500 paid after training
500 paid after 6 months
