Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaker) Sofia Bulgaria

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in this role you will provide phone-based support for a well-known public service client in the Netherlands assisting customers with inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide phone support to customers in Dutch
  • Handle inquiries related to:
    • Outstanding balances
    • Direct debit processes
    • Administrative requests and changes
    • Social Support Act & Long-Term Care Act regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Near-native Dutch (C1/C2) no Flemish accents
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Basic computer skills
Working Conditions
  • Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)
  • Working hours: 09:30 18:00 Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid option available after 2nd month (based on performance)
Training
  • Training duration: 12 weeks (depending on group progress)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 2045 gross/month
  • Performance bonus: 100/month
  • 800 Welcome Bonus
