Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaker) Sofia Bulgaria
About the Role
We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in this role you will provide phone-based support for a well-known public service client in the Netherlands assisting customers with inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to customers in Dutch
- Handle inquiries related to:
- Outstanding balances
- Direct debit processes
- Administrative requests and changes
- Social Support Act & Long-Term Care Act regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Near-native Dutch (C1/C2) no Flemish accents
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Basic computer skills
Working Conditions
- Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)
- Working hours: 09:30 18:00 Monday to Friday
- Hybrid option available after 2nd month (based on performance)
Training
- Training duration: 12 weeks (depending on group progress)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2045 gross/month
- Performance bonus: 100/month
- 800 Welcome Bonus
