Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Provide professional and efficient customer support.
Assist customers with account management and billing-related questions.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1-C2).
Good command of English (B2 or higher).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross/month
