What this job involves
Perform daily facility walkthroughs and ensure cleanliness safety and functionality of common areas restrooms kitchens and workspaces
Respond promptly to service requests work orders and occupant inquiries via phone email or ticketing system
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance repairs deliveries and special projects under the guidance of the Manager
Support move management space adjustments and office setup activities
Monitor inventory of supplies (e.g. kitchen cleaning signage) and place timely orders
Assist in emergency response security protocols and business continuity efforts as needed
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
13 years of experience in facilities coordination office support or building operations
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
Basic understanding of building systems safety standards and vendor coordination
Reliable punctual and able to be physically present on-site during core business hours
