About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator Global Sales you will be you will be supporting the Team by coordinating day-to-day sales activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and handle incoming inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate any feedback or messages from customers promptly.
• Assist with all in-house sales and marketing related activities and promotional activities.
• Produce required reports of completed sales activities including the details of face-to-face and any other related client interactions.
• Update and maintain relevant data and sales contact lists reports and account information.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management Events Management or other related disciplines.
• 1 year of relevant Hotel sales experience in the Global Sales Team would be an advantage.
• Experience in administrative or sales background.
• Experience in Delphi or other PMS systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of English Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
