Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in the following disciplines: LV Electrical Services Fire Services Architectural & Builder Work Finishes Building Control System etc
- Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors review operation & maintenance practices and supporting safety & quality issues
- Analyse system & equipment performance conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions
- Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management & technical documents
- Implement and maintain Asset Management System with responsible system(s) recommend maintenance strategies for station-based equipment
Requirements
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; or
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years relevant working experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal communication analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills
