Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a wide range of maintenance contract and project support activities for building facilities systems / E&M equipment specialized in some of the following disciplines: Environmental Control System LV Electrical Services Fire Services Plumbing & Drainage System etc.
- Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors/suppliers review operation & maintenance practices and support safety & quality issues
- Coordinate and support Procurement team throughout the entire procurement cycle of E&M equipment including the development of contract documents support in tender process assessment of contractor capability and capacity valuation of claims and management of contractor/supplier performance
- Analyse system & equipment performance conduct technical investigations and recommend system performance improvement actions
Requirements
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; or
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years relevant working experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Good interpersonal communication analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese proficiency in Putongua is an advantage
- Prior supply chain experience in E&M category is an advantage
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
