An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-end lodge ensuring an exceptional guest experience and seamless team performance.
This role is ideal for a strong hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality guest satisfaction and maintaining world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily lodge operations and guest experience touchpoints
Lead motivate and manage all lodge departments
Maintain and elevate guest satisfaction and service standards
Build strong relationships with new and returning guests
Drive creative guest experiences and activities
Ensure operational plans budgets and to-do lists are executed effectively
Support training development and performance across teams
Uphold brand/service standards consistently across the property
Collaborate with HODs on staffing planning and service delivery
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a Lodge Manager or similar senior role
Experience running a five-star hospitality operation
Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Confident well-presented and guest-focused
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
