Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full lodge operations and overall business performance
Lead manage and develop a high-performing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests staff communities and industry partners
Drive exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
Manage budgets forecasting and financial performance
Ensure operational efficiency cost control and quality standards
Oversee HR structures training and staff development
Promote sustainability conservation and community initiatives
Host VIPs agents and media visits
Monitor infrastructure equipment and operational systems

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Lodge Manager or General Manager in a 5-star operation
Strong background in hospitality operations finance and people management
Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Business Management
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial acumen and computer literacy
Proven ability to manage remote operations independently
