Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administration across lodges and regional office
Manage financial admin (invoices reconciliations petty cash)
Standardise systems processes and reporting
Supervise and support lodge admin teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare consolidated financial and operational reports
Act as the link between lodge teams and head office
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hospitality diploma or similar qualification advantageous
