General Manager 1 HC

• Should be hands-on & coding - 20% of the time will be spent in coding.
• Should have exposure to AI coding tools
• Strong in High Level Design (HLD)
• Should have experience designing & building scalable projects using microservices.
• Should have exposure to modern Devops processes - CI/CD Observability stack (prometheus grafana)
• Strong foundation on agile software development methodology.
• Should have led a team of at least15 members
• Should have an open mind to work on any technology
