Job Summary
Brief Job Description:
To perform GL Accounting & Management Reporting - Activities would include preparation of journal entries Intercompany Reconciliations and perform other industry specific activities.
Responsible and ensure all R2R activities assigned are delivered on time with minimum rejections.
Ensure no SLA/ KPI miss
Identify the process issues and come up with action plans to mitigate the issues.
- Key Accountabilities:
Meet the key performance indicators as set by the Team Lead
Manage his own deliverables and ensure that all the SLAs are met
All activities are performed as per the agreed SOPs
Maintain and own the exception & productivity tracker
Ensure that the close activities are performed as per the agreed close calendar
Effectively review the activities as agreed (checker where applicable)
Ability to reach out to the client counterpart in case of any query and the activities are due and impacting TAT
Ability to get into the detail and come up with process improvement ideas to reduce close cycle time and or flatten the close peak effort requirement.
Drive continuous process improvement
