Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Vadodara Bangalore Ahmedabad and Pune. The Business Development Executive will oversee the sales engineering team and will be responsible for managing client relationships leading presentations and demonstrations supporting strategic accounts and building the team.
Job description
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the electronics manufacturing division.
2. Oversee the development of accurate sales forecasts and ensure targets are achieved by tracking sales activities pipeline progress and revenue growth.
3. Drive new business development by identifying qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities in industry.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including engineers procurement managers and executives within target accounts.
5. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in electronics manufacturing industry standards and emerging technologies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with internal teams including estimation engineering production and marketing to improve enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Skills.
Existing Client connects in EMS industry or sales is must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal in English.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Quick learner and self-driven
Good team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of adhering to time limits
Ability to work under pressure.
