Our client is looking for Call Centre Operator/Claims Adjudicator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will report to the Call Centre Supervisor and will perform the following duties among others;
- Pre-authorising treatments for clients over the phone.
- Adjudication of medical claims.
- Attending to claims enquiries /queries from clients over the phone and online platforms.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work flexi- hours.
- Sound computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language.
- At least two A level passes in commercial subjects.
- Relevant experience in a medical call centre environment is a must
- Experience in claims processing is an added advantage.
