Job Summary
The Business Development & Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving growth by generating clients securing referral relationships and supporting the recruitment of caregivers and drivers across CareCruiz services (Homecare NEMT and Courier).
This is a field-based results-driven role focused primarily on in-person outreach lead generation and relationship building with the goal of increasing clients staff contracts and overall revenue.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Healthcare or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing recruitment or healthcare outreach preferred
- Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Reliable transportation required for local travel and outreach
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
Social Media & Marketing (SUPPORT ROLE ONLY)
- Post 2-3 times per day
- Create 1 short video per week
- Promote services and hiring needs
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
- Support brand visibility
