Remote Form Filler Online Form Specialist

The Remote Form Filler / Online Form Specialist at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for accurately completing processing and managing various real estate forms and documents online. This role entails ensuring that all paperwork related to property listings transactions and client records are properly filled out and submitted in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete and submit real estate forms contracts and documents online
• Review and verify on forms for accuracy and completeness
• Input and update client property and transaction data into company databases
• Assist agents and brokers with preparing and organizing transaction paperwork
• Ensure all forms comply with real estate regulations and company standards
• Track and follow up on pending and incomplete documents
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for all submitted forms
• Communicate with agents clients and third parties to gather required information
• Flag any errors inconsistencies or missing information to the appropriate team member

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and online form platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus
