Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Growth Analysis

• Conduct market research and assess opportunities for expansion
• Evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and referral sources
• Analyze reimbursement structures regulatory trends and industry developments

Regulatory & Compliance Research

• Research licensing enrollment accreditation and compliance requirements across various markets
• Review and interpret regulations policies and operational guidelines
• Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Strategic Support

• Gather organize and present research findings to leadership teams
• Develop reports recommendations and implementation plans for new initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong research analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information
• Background in healthcare compliance operations business analysis or research preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
