Field Retail Sales Executive

Green Baskit is a fast-growing brand focused on delivering quality products to customers across multiple retail channels. As we continue to expand our distribution footprint we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field / Retail Sales Executive to drive sales growth within assigned territories.

Tasks

The Field / Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product sales across assigned retail outlets developing strong relationships with store owners and distributors and ensuring consistent market visibility for Green Baskit products. This role requires someone energetic disciplined target-driven and comfortable working in the field daily.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory
• Increase product penetration and retail coverage
• Identify new retail outlets and expansion opportunities
• Drive repeat orders and maintain consistent sell-through 2. Retail Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
• Resolve retailer concerns promptly and professionally 3. Field Execution & Reporting

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in field sales retail sales or FMCG sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of retail distribution and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Basic reporting and organizational skills
• Energetic disciplined and self-motivated

Location Preference Candidates

must reside within or very close to one of the following areas: Ajah VGC Lekki Chevron axis OR Ketu Ojota axis (to cover Ikorodu area) Proximity to assigned territory is important to ensure efficiency punctuality and effective market coverage.
