In partnership with our client we are seeking a B2B Sales Specialist to drive business growth within a fast-paced tech-enabled mass transit company. - You are a fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and an ability to pick up product knowledge quickly and translate it into compelling pitches.

Your Responsibilities
Pipeline Development and amp; Prospecting
- You will actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling networking social media and market research.
- You will conduct thorough research to identify qualified prospects and add them consistently to the CRM pipeline.
- You will stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new selling possibilities and sharpen your approach.
Client Engagement and amp; Sales Conversion
- You will set up and hold meetings with potential clients listen carefully to their needs and propose tailored solutions that address those needs.
- You will conduct product demos and presentations that are clear compelling and commercially grounded.
- You will negotiate and close deals confidently handling objections professionally and bringing contracts to a successful conclusion.
Account Management and amp; Collaboration
- You will gather feedback from clients and prospects and share it with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience.
- You will collaborate with team members across the business to align on goals share learnings and achieve better collective results.
- You will represent the company at exhibitions conferences and industry events when required.
Reporting and amp; CRM Compliance
- You will maintain 100% accurate and timely logging of all calls emails and client interactions in the CRM.
- You will create accurate and updated monthly sales reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance.
What Success looks like
- Month 1: 360 outbound calls completed 30 qualified prospects added to CRM weekly 6 discovery meetings scheduled per week 2 proposals sent per week and 100% CRM compliance maintained throughout.
- Month 2: 600 outbound calls completed 8 to 10 meetings held per week 5 proposals sent per week 20 new qualified opportunities added to the CRM pipeline weekly and a revenue contribution of N1000000.
- Month 3: 100 outbound calls per week 10 meetings held per week 10 proposals sent per week 25 new qualified opportunities added to the pipeline weekly and a revenue contribution of N2500000.
- Overall target by the end of 90 days is Nin new monthly recurring revenue.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A minimum of HND or Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- Over 4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales software for pipeline and activity management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
