Job Summary

Associate Specialist Customer Supportis responsible for providing operational support in customer service and supply chain management processes ensuring accurate order processing timely delivery and proper documentation handling. This role acts as a key liaison between customers internal teams and third-party logistics providers to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Manage the end-to-end Order Management process including capturing sales orders from customers and distributors.

  • Ensure accurate and complete order entry into the system and proper handling of all supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate closely with the third-party logistics provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  • Act as a liaison between customers internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery order or documentation issues.

  • Address and resolve issues that may arise with government authorities and support related reporting requirements.

Administration

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

  • Handle tax filing and documentation of customer documents

  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in customer service sales support order management or administrative functions.

  • Experience working with SAP system and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrates curiosity problemsolving capability and analytical thinking.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Exposure to taxrelated processes or compliance documentation.

  • Experience working with thirdparty logistics or external service providers.
