Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on delivering expert visa consultation while ensuring a smooth and supportive client experience throughout the visa application process.
- Provide accurate personalized visa guidance based on client needs.
Respond to client inquiries clearly professionally and empathetically.
Stay informed on the latest immigration policies requirements and procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the entire visa process.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships built on trust.
Ensure timely updates follow-ups and communication to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Collect verify and review client documents to ensure compliance.
Maintain well-organized and accurate records of client data and interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to quickly resolve documentation issues.
Job Requirements
Open to fresh graduates.
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
13 years of experience in visa processing or travel services is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation processes
