Job Title: Associate Functional Consultant

As an Associate Functional Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities include:

• Support Solution Implementation: Assist Senior Consultants in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud modules (such as ERP HCM SCM Logistics and PLM) to meet client needs.
• Learn Business Process Analysis: Shadow client workshops and meetings to learn how to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Create Documentation: Help prepare essential project documents including meeting minutes business process flows functional specifications and user guides under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in Testing: Participate in system testing cycles including executing test scripts documenting results and helping to identify and report software defects.
• Provide User Support: Act as a first point of contact for basic end-user queries and provide support during the go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Contribute to Project Success: Support the Project Manager by helping to track project tasks prepare status updates and ensure project documentation is current.
• Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to self-study and formal training to build your knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and achieve relevant certifications.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Non-CS) Management Sciences Business Administration Economics or equivalent as well as MBA graduates
