ARIBA Senior Consultant L3

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (Catalog) Consultant with 814 years of overall experience in procurement solutions and extensive expertise in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in catalog enablement procurement process design supplier onboarding integration and end-to-end implementation/support projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders procurement teams suppliers and technical teams to deliver scalable procurement solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

### SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing

* Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing implementations rollouts upgrades and support engagements.
* Configure and maintain Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules based on business requirements.
* Design and implement procurement workflows approval processes purchasing policies and compliance controls.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

### Catalog Management

* Configure and manage:

* CIF Catalogs
* PunchOut Catalogs
* Non-Catalog Procurement
* Spot Buy processes
* Support catalog content management validation testing and deployment.
* Coordinate with suppliers for catalog enablement and catalog refresh activities.
* Ensure catalog data quality classification pricing accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.
* Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and drive resolution.

### Integration & Technical Coordination

* Work with integration teams on SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA integrations.
* Support integration of:

* Purchase Requisitions
* Purchase Orders
* Goods Receipts
* Invoices
* Master Data
* Collaborate on middleware solutions such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
* Support testing of interfaces and end-to-end procurement processes.

### Stakeholder Management

* Conduct workshops requirement gathering sessions and solution demonstrations.
* Provide recommendations for procurement process optimization and automation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to procurement and business stakeholders.
* Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.

### Testing & Support

* Prepare functional specifications and test scenarios.
* Execute SIT UAT and regression testing.
* Support go-live activities and hypercare support.
* Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.

## Required Skills

* 814 years of overall IT experience.
* 5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing experience.
* Strong expertise in:

* Catalog Management (CIF PunchOut Non-Catalog)
* Buying & Invoicing Configuration
* Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) processes
* Supplier Enablement
* Procurement Operations
* Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration.
* Knowledge of procurement master data management.
* Strong understanding of procurement sourcing invoicing and accounts payable processes.
* Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with:

* SAP Ariba Guided Buying
* SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
* SAP Ariba Commerce Automation
* SAP Business Network
* Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
* Experience in global procurement transformation programs.

## Certifications (Preferred)

* SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing Certification.
* SAP Ariba Guided Buying Certification.
* SAP S/4HANA Procurement-related certifications.

## Educational Qualification

* Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
* Masters degree is an added advantage.
