Job Summary
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the Direct Channel business for a defined geography by driving sales
performance through Level 2 team managers ensuring achievement of business targets team
productivity and customer satisfaction.

1. Business Delivery
Drive achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
Ensure growth in premium collection policy count and revenue
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
