Accountability:
Drive complete P&L performance of assigned dealerships through cost optimization and revenue maximization.
Create a diversified procurement portfolio by establishing strong partnerships and key channel partners.
Build strong sales capabilities at store level to drive highgrowth retail performance.
Develop and maintain a network of workshop and body shop partners to ensure seamless costoptimized refurbishment.
Deploy and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business processes to ensure consistent operational excellence.
Continuously review resource utilization to maximize output and recommend manpower additions as required.
Track rapidly changing market dynamicsdemand pricing and policy changesand align business strategies accordingly.
Build and lead motivated teams across Sales Procurement and Refurbishment functions.
Ensure all operational processes follow a Customer First approach to deliver superior customer experience.
Support the Dealer Principal in recruitment of support staff and collaborate on identifying training needs for dealership and company employees.
Facilitate internal and external training programs for dealership teams.
Work closely with ground teams to identify operational challenges and issues to management for timely resolution.

Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
Expertise in procurement and sales operations within the Used Car industry.
Datadriven decisionmaking ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Experience:
Bachelors degree or higher is required.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience with any retail industry exposure.
Handson experience in the Used Car industry strongly preferred.
