Job Summary
Position Title - Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager

Core Area of Responsibility - Responsibility for achieving sales targets of BOI MF by developing the channel and acquiring
investors in the city through banking channel.

Key Accountabilities -
1. Help meet the target mobilization of assets under each of the products as per the Business plan through active engagement with MFDs NDs & Banks
2. Co-ordinate and connect with Pvt Bank branches and will be responsible for achieving the targets assigned to location and geographical reach.
3. Responsible for business generation and scaling up business relationships as per as the assigned targets.
4. Responsible for handling the day to day operations (business) with MFDs & National Distributors.
5. Activate new MFDs for business mobilization.
6. Responsible for conducting IAPs and product related training sessions for Distributors.
7. Plan engagement activities for MFDs through meets presentation and mailers etc. on a regular basis.
8. Reporting of daily MIS to reporting Manager.
9. Sharing progress report and market updates provide regular feedback and implement constructive changes to enhance business growth in sync with the Reporting Manager.
10. Be responsible to follow all the rules and regulations as per company policies and SEBI guidelines in selling of Mutual fund schemes.

Good understanding of retail financial services preferably in mutual funds.

Mandatory requirement
Advantage would be over 5 years of experience in servicing Banking channel
management of Mutual Fund Sales.
