Key Responsibilities
Identify develop and close new B2B business opportunities across corporate commercial and institutional segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers project management consultants and key decision-makers
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation prospecting presentations negotiations and closures
Develop strategic account plans and ensure long-term client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams (design operations and marketing) to deliver customized workplace solutions
Track market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates for leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (experience in furniture interiors real estate or workplace solutions is a strong advantage)
Strong network within corporate clients architects and project stakeholders
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to manage large deals and complex sales cycles
Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
