The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

1 销售策略与业务计划制定执行
根据公司整体品牌策略制定并落地非目标医院基层医疗等广阔市场的年度销售策略计划区域分解与行动方案
规划渠道销售模式因地制宜探索并制定适合不同市场类型的商业化模式
结合各地基药医保集采等政策制定针对性销售策略保障销售稳定增长
2 渠道与外部合作伙伴管理
负责CSO及合作商业客户的筛选评估签约与日常管理和赋能建立长期稳定和共赢的合作关系
搭建外部合作团队的管理考核与激励机制提升合作方执行力覆盖能力与推广效率
定期走访关键渠道客户与合作伙伴解决市场问题推动终端覆盖与销量持续提升
3 销售团队BPM管理与赋能
负责拓展渠道销售团队BPM的日常管理目标拆解过程追踪与绩效评估
定期协访一线市场指导区域销售拓展客户开发与上量动作提升团队实战能力
联合市场培训部门搭建销售能力体系开展产品知识学术推广渠道开发等专项培训
4 客户开发与学术销售联动
推动非核心医院基层医疗机构等关键客户开发与关系维护
联动市场部落地学术推广活动将医学内容转化为销售动作提升客户认可与处方转化
根据一线市场信息竞品动态与客户需求制定策略并优化执行
5销售项目管理与业绩达成
策划落地各类销售提升项目针对不同省份特点设计差异化上量方案
监控销售数据渠道库存终端覆盖与投入产出及时调整动作确保目标达成
跨部门协同市场医学商务供应链等部门打通流程解决障碍保障业务高效运转
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
- 教育背景
Education/Qualifications 教育程度 / 资格证书
大学本科及以上学历
医学药学市场营销及相关专业优先
- Leadership Competencies 领导者胜任力
聚焦结果交付高效驱动团队达成核心目标
具备较强的人际敏锐度和学习敏锐度拥抱不确定性具备创新能力

10年以上医药行业销售管理/渠道拓展经验有基层医疗广阔市场院外渠道经验
具备商业政策设计与规划能力尤其是0到1的落地经验 经销商 / CSO 管理商业渠道运作基药 / 非公医疗开发经验者优先
