Job Summary
The Manager China Strategy and Business Planning as a core member of the China HQs functional team will support the Head of Strategy in formulating and executing the strategic and business-planning initiatives for the Chinese market. This role will develop comprehensive growth strategies align resources to achieve objectives and ensure that the companys offerings are tailored to meet local market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Chinese market ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities risks and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Execute financial planning and budgeting processes ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting business operations in China.
What we look for:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business management preferablysolid full-time experiences in top tier consulting firms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
