Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the citys landmark buildingthe Yiwu World Trade Center at the heart of the financial and business district. We are currently looking for aService Leader/Associate Front Deskto join our team.

As a Service Leader/Associate Front Desk we rely on you to:

1. To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.

have complete knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.

3. Familiarize yourself with booking information customer information especially the names of incoming viPs and regular customers and all hotel activities.

4. Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Presentable Communication skills Good Health Articulate.

2. Has a rather good grasp of both written and spoken English.

3. Ability to interact Ability to lead a team Takes ownership and initiative.
