Job Summary
The North America Senior Sales & Operations Planning Manager is responsible for leading and orchestrating the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across North America. This role ensures alignment between commercial product and supply chain functions to deliver a unified feasible and financially aligned plan. The role owns the monthly S&OP cycle spanning: Product Management Review Demand Planning Supply Planning and Executive S&OP Review. The objective is to balance demand and supply while optimizing service levels inventory cost and revenue performance. The Senior S&OP Manager acts as the primary integrator across functions driving decision-making transparency and accountability.

Full Salary Range: $132000/year (minimum) $141000/year (midpoint) $150000/ (maximum).
Pay is based on relevant experience skills education internal equity and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
