Job Summary

We are recruiting for a senior corporate paralegal position for a well-established investment firm. The team is seeking a candidate who is eager to ramp up on the complexities of providing legal support for a capital markets investment group in tandem with deal support legal assistance. There is an excellent training and onboarding program in place with a Director above who loves to teach! Almost everyone on this paralegal team came from a different legal support specialization.

This is a wonderful cross functional position that supports internal & external counsel; as well as a partner. The position interacts with other groups at the investment firm such as procurement investor relations and finance.

The team is very caring and values long term fit. The group regularly has team building outings and lunches with leadership.

Highlights

Responsibilities involve providing legal operations support around entity management and regulatory filings as well as supporting transactions KYC compliance and deal documentation.
