Job Title: Construction Project Manager Public Infrastructure

Location: Washington D.C. (DMV Area) On-site/Hybrid

Job Summary:

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client in Washington D.C. The role supports the Campus redevelopment program including the construction of a stadium parking garages Sportsplex and associated infrastructure. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning execution and delivery while coordinating with consultants public sector agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality safety and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning execution and delivery of large-scale public infrastructure projects.
Manage consultant teams tight timelines and project budgets effectively.
Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders agencies and project teams.
Coordinate project communications reporting and documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety sustainability and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate project meetings conference calls and written correspondence to support project progress.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale public infrastructure project management.
Experience with transportation multi-modal facilities utilities recreational/public education and energy/sustainability projects.
Proven ability to guide public sector agencies in program/project development procurement contracts and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience delivering projects under tight schedules and budget constraints.
Excellent communication coordination and documentation skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management Institute
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Construction Management Association of America
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) U.S. Green Building Council
Agile/Scrum Certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster CSM) Scrum Alliance
OSHA Safety Certifications (as applicable)
