POLYWOOD is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst II who thrives on turning complex data into clear actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving real business problems working cross-functionally and building data-driven solutions that improve service inventory and operational performance.

What Youll Do:
Analyze data across demand supply production and inventory to identify trends and opportunities
Build and maintain reports dashboards and data models that support both daily operations and strategic decisions
Partner with supply chain and sales teams to improve forecasting accuracy service levels and inventory health
Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders
Investigate supply chain issues perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and track key performance metrics
Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data quality and accessibility including tools like Databricks

What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics Engineering or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Databricks or similar platforms
Experience building reports and visualizations using Excel or similar tools
Advanced Excel skills and a strong attention to detail
