Role Overview

The SAP QM Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design configure and test the SAP Quality Management module. The role involves facilitating the collection and documentation of business requirements supporting system upgrades enhancements and new module rollouts. The analyst will develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications and process flows and assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements.
