Job Summary
Ensure that colleagues comply with all health and safety regulations.
Provides timely accurate and complete reports on the status of the safety files.
Support the Safety Officer with administrative tasks.
Keep safety files updated at all times.
Meet all deadlines set by the Line Manager (Safety Officer).
Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and in a manner that is mutually beneficial.
Maintain professional relationships with all staff members on site.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Health & Safety Qualification
- 2 3 years of experience in an Administrative Role
- Experience in the Mining Sector will be an advantage
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Own transport
- Clear criminal record
