OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Cape Town
A well-established and growing business within the wholesale and distribution sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office environment.

THE ROLE
You will play a key role in supporting office operations administration and internal coordination ensuring efficiency across multiple business functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing vehicle administration including fuel usage records and compliance
- Maintaining accurate employee records attendance and leave registers
Handling asset tracking and verification processes - Coordinating building maintenance repairs and service providers
- Managing expense claims invoices and cost control processes
- Supporting HR administration including training records and submissions
- Overseeing office facilities meeting room bookings and admin storerooms
- Monitoring staff wellbeing and general office environment
- Preparing reports including biometrics and operational data
- Handling basic reception and front-office duties
- Supporting sales administration reporting and event coordination
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Key requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with office systems reporting and record-keeping
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools
